3. Complete KYC with a PAN card and a selfie and pay a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent.
4. Delivery and assembly follow within 48 to 72 hours of verification, and the TV is installed at delivery.
5. Request a design swap, repair or relocation from the app during the tenure.

What a living room costs to own against to rent

A fabric three-seater sofa costs ₹22,999 to ₹84,999 at a major online retailer, a centre table about ₹5,000 and a 32-inch smart TV about ₹20,000. On Rentomojo the same three items rent for about ₹1,422 a month, and with the TV unit about ₹1,656. Cumulative rent on the four-piece room passes a ₹48,000 purchase in month 29. A rented living room is a room that can be restyled at the end of each year instead of being lived with until resale.
